Leather Returns and FAQs

We do not accept refunds, exchanges or returns as our products are customs made for your needs.

You can always contact us if there are any issues with your order or with question at handmade@cbdesignsltd.com.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions


We do not accept returns due to the customary nature of the products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item, if there is an error in the custom please contact us asap so we can make it right!

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds


We do not do refunds due to the custom nature of our products once any physical work has started on the product. There is a $50 non-refundable deposit for any art/sketches made for your order.
